Carob custard cups

A delicious failsafe alternative to chocolate YOGO

3 tbsp carob powder
4 tbsp cornflour
½ cup white sugar
800ml milk, A2 milk, soymilk or ricemilk

Sift the dry ingredients together then mix with 300ml of the milk. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan until it boils rapidly. Tip the carob mix into the hot milk and stir with a whisk, continue stirring until the mixture thickens (you must use a whisk otherwise lumps will form). Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
