Potato pastry pear lattice pie


Take nearly half potato pastry recipe, roll out for oil-sprayed 22cm pie dish, trim. Drain 825g can of pears in syrup, slice pears and layer in pie. Roll out thinly remaining pastry and cut into strips, lay on pears in lattice pattern. Dust lightly with brown sugar. Bake 200˚C for 30 mins. Serves 6 with Narnie’s custard or icecream.
