I recently purchased some Gluten Free Plain flour from my supermarket and used it to make some bread. The ingredients are listed as soy flour, maize flour, tapioca starch. My daughter started wheezing ten hours later and when I checked the packet under the nutrient list is a very small note saying that sulphites have been added in the maize and tapioca starch processing.
