I provide nutrition consultations for individuals and families from the Palmerston and Casuarina Community Care Centres. An appointment needs to be supported by an appropriate written referral from your doctor, nurse, or allied health professional. Appointments can be made by ringing Customer Service Staff at Palmerston Community care centre on 8999 3344 or Casuarina Community Care Centre on 8922 7301.
